CEO, Dev Bhagat, left his hometown of Nakodar, India in 1981. He came to the U.S, and worked at a gas station in Garden Grove, CA for three years. It was time for a change, so Dev and his brother Mukesh decided to go into the

restaurant business. They tried a number of ventures together until they opened the India House in Buena Park in 1996. Three years later they opened a second India House in Anaheim, CA. Next, came the Gandhi Palace in Anaheim, CA in 2003. Now, serving Las Vegas, Nevada locals and tourists with two restaurants, Angara India Spice and India House.
